≪Important points before using Account Procedure Form≫
1. If the customer cannot receive the request acknowledgement email sent by the bank, we are not able to process your request.
After you have entered your registered alert email address, we will send you a "【SBI Shinsei Bank】Guidance (email) on Request Procedure Form" for submission.
If necessary, please set the domain setting for "@sbishinseibank.co.jp" on your mobile phone, so you will be able to receive emails from SBI Shinsei Bank accordingly.
If the customer cannot receive email from us, we will not able to process your request. Please also note that we will only contact our customers by email.
2. If the customer's alert email address is also registered by other persons such as your family members, we will not able to process your request.
We ask our customers to register one email address per account.
If your registered alert email address is also registered by another customer of SBI Shinsei Bank (e.g. family member) or registered to more than one account, please change your registered alert email address to a different one.
