Business Hours during Golden Week

Shinsei Bank is continuing to offer necessary services to our customers such as funds settlement.
However, our services may take longer than usual because our branches and the Contact Center are being operated by a smaller number of staff in order to prevent further spread of coronavirus.
Considering the health and safety of our customers and employees, we have prepared internet banking services and request forms to enable transactions without coming to our branches. Customers are encouraged to make use of them.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would appriciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

ATM Services
・ Some of our partners' ATMs are not available during Golden Week. Check here for details.
Shinsei Bank branch counters
- All branches are open on weekdays. However, our services may take longer than usual since the branches are being operated during shorter business hours and with a smaller number of staff.
Business hours: Futakotamagawa Financial Center and Ginza Financial Center are open from 10:00 to 15:00 on weekdays. Other Financial Centers are open from 9:00 to 15:00. - There are also services and transactions available online.
Shinsei PowerDirect (Internet Banking)
Shinsei PowerDirect is available during Golden Week except during system maintenance.

Shinsei PowerCall (Call center)
Shinsei PowerCall is available during the Golden Week except during system maintenance, but our services are limited to responding to urgent matters such as reporting of lost/stolen cash cards and financial fraud.
