Notice to Customers Whose Period of Stay will Expire between March 1 and July 31, 2020

Following the extended acceptance of applications for renewing period of stay (for three months for foreign nationals residing in Japan whose period of stay expires in the period between March 1, 2020 and July 31, 2020) announced by the Immigration Service Agency of Japan on May 12, the due date for renewing your period of stay you submitted to Shinsei Bank will also be changed to a date three months later.

We will send you a letter* when the extended anniversary date is approaching to check whether your period of stay is renewed, so please respond to the letter.
* The “expiry of the period of stay indicated on the residence card you presented to us” in the letter will indicate a date three months after the expiry of your period of stay you submitted.
