We have decided to close our Tokyo Branch and Tokyo Housing Loan Center on Friday, February 26, 2021. Thank you very much for your patronage to date.
You can continue to use Shinsei PowerFlex through our contact center, internet banking and partner ATMs.

We apologize for any inconvenience but will appreciate your continuous patronage of Shinsei Bank.

• Your branch number, branch name and account number will remain unchanged. Your cash card will also remain available.
• For payments and withdrawals to/from your account, please use our partner ATMs at convenience stores and other locations that are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, please note that there are some time zones where the ATMs are not available due to the business hours of the buildings where the ATMs are installed or the maintenance of the ATMs.
• You need to provide the name and address of the branch when you receive funds from overseas or receive foreign currencies from domestic financial institutions or others. Please provide the following name and address:
