Termination of Exchange Rate E-mail Alert service

Dear Customers

Thank you for using the GoRemit Exchange Rate E-mail Alert service.

The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Service provides an Exchange Rate E-mail Alert service that offers daily e-mail notifications of current exchange rates and e-mail notifications when selected currencies reached a specified exchange rate, however in light of current customer usage levels this service will be terminated from 2022/3/31.

Daily exchange rates can be viewed by the following methods.

■Go the “Current Exchange Rates” page on the GoRemit website.
https://www.sbishinseibank.co.jp/english/goremit/exchange/

■Individual customers using the GoRemit smartphone app can view current exchange rates by selecting “calculator” at the bottom-right of the home screen.

■Business Customers can view current exchange rates by logging into the Online Remittance Service and selecting “為替レート” (“Exchange Rates”) from the menu on the left of the screen.


If you wish to unsubscribe from this service, please access the “GoRemit Email Alerts” page on our website ( https://www.sbishinseibank.co.jp/english/goremit/exchange/mail.html ) and input your currently registered email address in the subscription registration field and click “Unsubscribe”.
