We acknowlege that our customers may experience some inconveniences. However, we remain commited to the continuous enhancement of our services on both on our homepage (FAQ and Chatbot) and Power Direct (internet banking).
Our primary objective is to ensure that our services remain accessible and user-friendly for our customers.
