SBI Shinsei Bank would like to inform our customers that it plans to relocate its Shibuya Financial Center to a new location at 4F Shibuya Minami Tokyu Building, 3-12-18 Shibuya , Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002.

Operations at the current location will end on Friday, February 21, 2025 and operations at the new location will start on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

Customers of the Shibuya Financial Center can continue to use their current cash cards, as the branch code and account number will remain unchanged.

We look forward to serving our customers at the new location.
