About ATM withdrawal

(1) ATM withdrawal limits
a. Shinsei Bank ATMs

*   You can easily pre-set their daily maximum withdrawal amount via PowerDirect (online banking), PowerCall (telephone banking) or at a Shinsei Financial Center.

*   If you wish to withdrawal more than 2,000,000 yen you may do so at a Shinsei Financial Center.
*   SBI Shinsei Bank ATMs include those located at Head Office, Shinsei Financial Centers.
b. Partnership ATMs (both domestic and international)

- Domestic partner financial institutions include all major Japanese banks, 3 trust banks (Mitsubishi UFJ, Mizuho, Sumitomo), Aozora Bank, Shoko Chukin Bank, Japan Post and Seven Bank.
Partner ATMs also include LAWSON ATMs and Enet ATMs (located in FamilyMart stores etc), JR East Japan Railway ATMs (VIEW ALTTE).

The daily maximum withdrawal amount is outlined below.

(2) Procedure to change the ATM maximum withdrawal limit
In order to change/ pre-set your daily maximum withdrawal amount, please proceed through online banking (PowerDirect), phone(PowerCall) or at a branch (Shinsei Financial Center). After your procedure has been accepted, the withdrawal amount will be changed immediately.
*   Please note that in case you proceed by phone (PowerCall), we may ask you a few questions about yourself to identify the account holder. Thank you for your kind understanding.
*   If you wish to pre-set your withdrawal limit higher, please call from your registered phone number. We do not accept calls from phone numbers which is not registered or numbers with no caller ID.
[ How to change ATM withdrawal limit through online (PowerDirect) ]
If you register for alert e-mail via PowerDirect, "ATM withdrawal / J- debit limit change alert notification" e-mail will be sent after changing the limits. For your safe dealings, we recommend you to register for alert e-mail.
