System Suspension and Operating Hours during the Year-End and New Year Holidays due to Change of Trade Name
Some services and transactions including internet banking will be suspended due to preparation for trade name change scheduled for January 4, 2023.
Operating hours of branch counters, ATMs, products and services during year-end and New Year holidays are as follows.

All services of Internet banking (Shinsei PowerDirect) and its related applications will be suspended during dates noted below. Customers will not be able to access to Internet banking (Shinsei PowerDirect) via PC, smartphone, and smartphone authentication during suspension of the service. Please note that some services will not be available even if Internet banking (Shinsei PowerDirect) is available.

During the Year-end and New-year holidays, Shinsei PowerCall < for Home Mortgage (0120-456-515)> will be closed at 19:00, Friday, December 30, 2022 and open from 9:00, Wednesday, January 4, 2023.

The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Services
The GoRemit Shinsei Overseas Remittance Service's final day of operation for 2022 will be 30th December (Fri), and regular operation will resume in the new year on 4th January 2023 (Wed).
A higher than usual number of transactions is expected around the year end/new year period, which may result in processing delays in some circumstances. As a result, we advise customers to avoid making transactions around this period where possible.
GAICA Flex Prepaid Card
Applications for GAICA Flex Prepaid Card (“GAICA Flex”) will not be available from 0:00, Sunday, January 1, 2023 to 9:00, Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Loading/Unloading money onto/from GAICA Flex via Shinsei PowerFlex accounts will not be available either. Customers who are planning to use their GAICA Flex will be requested to load necessary money before the service suspension.
